We gladly accept unopened and unused retail coffee, tea and merchandise within 30 days of the invoice date for a full exchange of the merchandise value, refunded in the original form of payment less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. To start a return, please pack the products you'd like returned, include a copy of your receipt, seal your box securely and send your package to the location of original purchase.
If you are unhappy with any food or beverage item purchased at one of our retail outlets for any reason, we will work diligently with you to ensure your satisfaction. This may include exchanging the unsatisfactory item for a remade version of the same item or choosing a different, similarly priced alternative item. Any concerns about the product will need to be brought to our attention at the time of purchase or with 24 hours of purchasing the product. A valid receipt or other proof of purchase may be required. Craft Coffeebar employees are not permitted to issue credits or refunds without prior concept from management. Any questions regarding our exchange policy should be directed to the location where the item(s) was/were purchased.
